From runway to ring — producing end-to-end media for live events across fashion and sport, delivering the highest-engaged content in both organizations' histories.
The Challenge
Two very different organizations — Ponce City Market's sustainable fashion showcase and ATL Boxing Club's high-energy fight nights — both needed the same thing: end-to-end creative direction that would translate a live experience into digital content that outperformed everything they'd done before. The environments couldn't be more different, but the problem was the same: no one on their teams could plan, shoot, edit, and deliver at the level they needed.
The Approach
I embedded myself in both worlds. For PCM Fashion Week, I designed the entire event experience — seating, music, narration, guest flow — then captured it cinematically and delivered social-first edits. For ATL Boxing Club, I joined as the media team, shooting fight nights in high-energy, fast-paced environments and producing content that captured the raw intensity. In both cases, I owned the full pipeline: concept to camera to final cut.
Execution
PCM Fashion Week — Event Design
Designed seating layout, curated music, scripted narration, and planned guest flow to create both a memorable experience and highly visual content moments
PCM Fashion Week — Content Capture
Directed photography and videography during the event, capturing runway moments, backstage energy, and brand storytelling angles
ATL Boxing Club — Media Team
Embedded as official media team for fight nights — filming bouts, crowd energy, and athlete profiles in challenging high-energy environments
ATL Boxing Club — Content Creation
Produced highlight reels, slow-motion fight sequences, and social-optimized clips that drove record engagement
Post-Production
Edited all content in Adobe Premiere Pro with pacing, color grading, and formatting optimized for Instagram and social platforms
Results
Highest-engaged social content in both PCM and ATL Boxing Club history. Seamless event execution across vastly different industries — proving the process works whether the backdrop is a runway or a boxing ring.
